Perform preliminary startup of equipment under specified conditions at our test facility. Record test results and analyze performance. Make note of any operating variances and determine cause and suggest remedial action. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and controls. Perform preventive maintenance and repair of all test facility equipment. Additional responsibilities: Occasionally travel to customer sites and perform training and start up. Also travel to customer sites to perform equipment repair. Other duties as assigned

Mask parts so important components such as seals, hydraulics and wiring are not damaged during sandblasting operations. Perform routine checks and maintenance on blast equipment. Move material as required and use material handling equipment. Blast parts to specifications. Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Perform other duties as required.
